Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Rhino account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
